Happy Birthday Grandad!/おじいちゃんへのバースデーカード

My grandfather-in-law's birthday is on this coming Tuesday. We have never forgotten about it but just haven't sent a birthday card to him yet. My husband was going to buy a card today but when he realized it at 3:30 pm it was too late, because it is Sunday that all shops close at 4 pm, so I decided to make a card quickly and will post it tomorrow morning.

This 3D card is dead easy to make. It's easy but looks nice.

New Home/家を購入したお友達へ

A friend of mine and her husband have bought a house in Newcastle, England. Actually they are moving now. I offered them to help moving but they didn't need it.
I am very happy for them. I made this card with all my heart.

Birthday Card(April)

This is for my mother who loves flowers. I used some wrapping papers from Japan because I wanted to bring a little bit of Japan in it. Cherry blossoms represent beauty of Japan. Also I made the red flower part in a square shape window 3D. It's hard to tell in the picture though.

Newborn Boy/新生児誕生カード

A good friend of mine gave birth to a beautiful boy last week. Since we all knew her baby was a boy before birth I thought that everybody would give her a gift which is in blue or green. So I purposely made a pink card with some blue accessories for her.

I loved pop-up books when I was little. I made a pop-up card for my gran-in-law to show my appreciation. She taught me basics of how to make cards.

This is a birthday card for my chocoholic friend. I reused Toblerone, Lindt's Lindor, Cadbury Heroes chocolate, and Quality Street boxes from Christmas treat. They are yummy! Who is more chocoholic?

My first-ever card/初めての手作りカード

It's sort of embarrassing to show this but here is my very first one.My friend and her husband have bought a house in Newcastle, England. I am very happy for them.

Hmm, we don't even know whether we'll buy a house in England or not though. I feel like moving to Canada. How can I persuade my husband?

Hiya./初めまして

It's Brit. I am Japanese. I used to live in Tokyo and Toronto but here I am in England with my English husband. It's hard to say if I like the UK but luckily I love my in-laws, especially my grandmother-in-law's art and crafts.
Although I I'm not an artsy person I am totally inspired by that and also started making cards occasionally.
My central concept of making cards is reusing things though.
